STRGuestReviews.com collects only what's needed to vet guests: host account info (name, email), guest identifying info entered by hosts (name, email, phone), and the review content hosts using 3-star ratings with optional sub items that can selected to support each star rating. Guests do not have accounts, cannot log in, and have no way to view what's recorded about them.
Guest email and phone are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text, used only to match a new review to an existing guest record. What's shown on screen is a masked version (e.g. last 4 digits of phone, partial email + domain). There is never any raw identifiers for hosts or guests, even to other hosts searching the platform.
Reviews and audit metadata (author, timestamp, moderation history) are retained indefinitely for accountability; platform moderators can hide (not permanently delete) reviews that violate the Terms of Service. STRGuestReviews.com does not sell personal data or share it with any Airbnb/Vrbo/other platform.
